Twice I have installed, then deleted everything and reinstalled everything.
I have opened the firewall to both versions of the GUI, 32 bit and 64 bit and also the licensehelper.
Each time I attempt to run Audio Weaver 6.17.06_STMicro, I get the same error as in the picture below,
5:09pm
Assuming the forum software is now working, I shall provide the following update.
I downloaded the Audio_Weaver_Designer_6.17.06_STMicro_Update also and applied that.
That appeared to make things work.
It dawned on me that in trying to add more information here, this forum was broken, so I sent an email to tell someone about it and also informed them of my issue and DSP Concepts replied that this command "regsvr32 AWETalkToGUI.dll",would fix my problem. So I did this as well.
I am no longer experiencing the error I reported.
I am not getting any sound from my 407 discovery module, yet???
I have just figured out how to add some meters to the Design and am using that to figure out if sound is moving through the chain.
One thing I am noticing is that the code is dying on the board about 20 to 30 seconds after I start Windows media player.
I see a slowly flashing green LED, when the board is reset. When the board is connected to the server, the flash rate is double that of the reset state. When the MCU hangs or goes into the weeds, the green LED is either on solid or off.
There may be a memory leak in the provided binary.
