Audio weaver app does not start

Hi all.
I downloaded the program, but on my windows 10/64, it doesn't work.
At the start of the program the DSP logo opens ... after a few seconds it closes, without opening the program, without any error message, I tried to uninstall and install but nothing to do!
Someone can give me advice, thanks.

Hi,

If you are using the STMicro or Standard editions of Designer, then it can take several minutes for the application to open up because the MATLAB compiled code must be unpacked the first time it runs. If it doesn't open after a few minutes, then try launching it again.
