[Feature Request] HTML documentation

Hi, I have a feature request to have documentation in online/HTML format with a good search function, like the auto-generated documentation available for many Python libraries which I use, EG Numpy ( https://numpy.org/doc/stable/reference/index.html ). I am currently using the Matlab API and custom module documentation in PDF format, and in comparison it's generally quite difficult trying to find the information I need.

Edit: another useful feature of online/HTML documentation would be expandable contents on the left hand side of all pages of the documentation, like there is for the auto-generated documentation for TensorFlow ( https://www.tensorflow.org/api_docs/python/tf )
