Hi,
We are showing product at CES and have been developing algorithms to support these. Development has taken place using a laptop and 2 desktop machines at our offices. We have been granted an additional licence to support 2 laptops running audioweaver live at the show. I have installed 16.8.02 into both machines. Laptop A starts up Audioweaver and asks for my login credentials. Upon entering these I get an error stating that the DSPC server cannot be reached. An identical laptop on the same network has not problem starting. We have disabled firewalls and anti-virus with no luck. I pressed the button to obtain a node locked license which could run the demo without the necessity to connect to a network ( ideal for show conditions ). I have the machine ID and user name. How do I go about gettting the node locked license?
This is very urgent.
thanks
Alan

Hi Alan,
Please email licensing@dspconcepts.com with the user name and volume serial number for the PC's you want to run Audio Weaver on. To get this number, type 'vol C:' (or whatever drive you're using) in a Windows command prompt.
Thanks

Hi Axel,
thanks for the advice. I have done as you suggested ( see separate email thread ). Previously I think someone at DSPC was able to glean my HD serial number ( by association with my login email ) at the server end and make a manual connection to my licenses. I'm currently awaiting for a response.
hope that works
Best regards
Alan
