STM32MP1 and the beautiful Cortex M4 coprocessor

Hello everyone, hello DSP Concept team !

From a licensing point of view, is it ok to use the Audio Weaver ST Edition on the M4 copro of an STM32MP1 ? Is it doable technically as of now ?
I understand AWE will not run on the ARM processor, only the coprocessor. But having Linux and Audio Weaver sharing memory would be absolutely fantastic !

Hello everyone,

Just bumping this thread. Does the ST Edition license gives the right to use the AW Engine on the Cortex M4 of an STM32MP1 processor ?

Hi,

 

Sorry again for the slow responses. The ST-Audio Weaver license agreement doesn't cover the STM32MP1 processor.
