Question regarding presenting stimuli using Matlab on specific input channel

I was wondering if there was a way to send stimuli on a single input channel instead of all channels using the matlab interface? My reason for asking this is that we are running AWE on an embedded system which applies over gains and processing before sending the processing audio back into AudioWeaver on the subsequent input channels. Given this loopback, I do not want to present the stimulus/audio on all input channels.
