Designer layout system test

Hello,

I have a system in designer that I want to test in Matlab. The system has some subsystems and each subsystem has some modules in it.
I have input and output test vectors (with the same number of blocks of course). 
Is there an example of how to import a layout to Matlab, inject input data from a vector to the input wire and extract output data from the output wire for a later comparison?
I have the pro version.
