Sometimes I have noticed that when I open .awd made by someone else in our team, I am lacking some wiring when opening it. All of us are using the same Designer version (8.C.1.1 Pro). What might cause this?
The only reason this typically happens is when a module used in the AWD you open, is not present on your machine. For instance, if your colleague gave you an AWD with a module (could be a custom module) unique to their machine (i.e. your machine did not have the module), the module itself and the wires connecting the input and output pins to that module would disappear. There is usually a pop up notification that lets you know that a module from the AWD is missing on your machine though. Perhaps this is the scenario you're experiencing?

Thank you Kevin, this must be the case usually but at least once I noticed it without any unique module. I need to check it more closely next time.
